Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final.
Once a product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered, refunds cannot be issued.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- The accidental duplication purchase
- The product description significantly differs from the delivered product
