About Excel it all

Excelitall was founded on a simple belief: when you understand your money, you take control of your life.

For years, I’ve been someone who enjoys analysing numbers, tracking finances, and understanding exactly where every rand goes. I’ve always believed that financial clarity is one of the most powerful tools a person can have.

Like many people, I tried different apps and budgeting tools, but they often felt overly complicated, expensive, or simply didn’t give me the flexibility I needed. So I did what many spreadsheet enthusiasts do — I built my own system in Excel.

What started as a personal way to track income, expenses, savings goals, and financial progress quickly became something much more powerful. The spreadsheets evolved into structured financial systems that gave a clear picture of money coming in, money going out, and long-term goals.

Friends and family started asking for copies of the tools because they found them incredibly useful in organising their own finances.

That’s when I realised something important.

Many people want to take control of their finances, but they don’t have the tools to see the full picture of their money.

And that is how Excelitall was born.
